History:

Plourde Computer Services was owned by Norman Plourde from about 1984 – 1998. During this time they were in various office buildings from Livermore, to San Ramon and finally in Dublin, CA

In 1998, Norman sold Plourde Computer Services to

IVI / Checkmate, a Pinpad development company based in

Roswell, GA.

The company was renamed to IVI / Checkmate and the division was named eN-Concert, based on the name of the software product they developed at this facility.

IVI / Checkmate had their main office in Roswell, GA and another office in Toronto, Canada, along with some other satellite offices.

In August 2001, the company was purchase by Ingenico.

A Pinpad development and manufacturing company out of France.

In November 2003, the Dublin office was moved to Pleasanton.

In January 2006, the Roswell office was moved to Alpharetta, GA.

In November 2007, Ingenico sold off the software development portion of the division, eN-Concert, to Southern DataComm, out of Largo, FL. This included all assets and personnel in the Pleasanton facility along with three developers in the Alpharetta Office.
